Vista de Oro Suite Reached by a private staircase, the Vista de Oro lives up to its name, commanding a breathtaking view of the Central Valley skyline. Individually handmade tiles in hues of ochre and sienna cover the walls and are complemented by rich wood paneling. The suite’s living area is stylishly furnished with exquisite antiques and a luxurious king-sized bed. A large in-room Jacuzzi is the ideal vantage point from which to savor a glass of wine or champagne and watch the lights of the city twinkle below.
Garden Suite Originally the private home’s living room, this suite is now a spacious bedroom with a king-sized bed and large windows opening onto a private tropical garden and patio. The Victorian feeling of the wood paneling and hardwood floor truly takes you back in time. A luxurious bathroom with a two-person Jacuzzi tub completes the experience.
Guestrooms All rooms are equipped with private baths, free Wireless Internet, fully equipped mini-bars, safety deposit boxes, flat-screen TV, cable and telephones with direct access to international dialing.
Family Suite This two-room suite comfortably accommodates up to five people. The main room has a queen and a twin bed and the adjoining room has a second queen bed. Each room has its own small seating area, television and access to a common bathroom.
Deluxe King The most spacious of our four room categories, these offer a king-sized bed.
Deluxe The Deluxe rooms are similar in size to the Deluxe King rooms and offer either one or two queen-sized beds.
Superior A bit smaller than the Deluxe rooms, Superior rooms offer one queen-sized bed.
Standard The smallest of all our rooms, these cozy quarters each have one queen-sized bed.

Additional Information
           

1. Cancellations          
A full refund will be provided if written notice of cancellation is received by the hotel at least 7 days prior to the
arrival date.

2. Groups        
Full prepayment is required 60 days prior to the arrival date.  Cancellation policy for groups is 45 days prior to
the arrival date.

3. Christmas/New Year Reservations  
All reservations that include dates between December 15, 2010 and January 15, 2011 are payable on October 15, 2010.  Cancellation policy for reservations within this period is 30 days prior to the arrival date.

4. Bed configuration
All standard and superior rooms have 1 queen bed (maximum capacity in these categories is 2 pax). Most deluxe rooms have 1 queen bed.  If a deluxe room with 2 beds is required, please request this.

5. Smoking policy       
Please notice Hotel Grano de Oro is a non-smoking hotel, we do not allow smoking in the rooms, nor at the restaurant, bar or other hotel common areas.

6. Meal rates   
Our room rates do not include any meals, this is an optional service.  The rates per person are: breakfast $11, lunch $52, dinner $52; these rates include tax and service.  We do not pay commission on food and beverage service.
